These mangoes are cut into six pieces and cooked with jaggery, sugar and a premium blend of spices to create a rich and flavourful experience.

Our product also contains a hint of red chilli which adds a subtle kick while balancing the sweetness of jaggery and sugar. The pickle is then left to mature for 3-4 days, allowing the flavours to blend together. Steps we take to make Sweet Mango Pickle | Mango Sweet Achar

Step 1

Desi raw mangoes are picked from farms near Pune

Step 2

The mangoes are washed and uniformly cut into cubes.

Step 3

Aromatic Indian spices, jaggery are mixed according to traditional recipes from grandmas of Didis.

Step 4

It is stored in barnis for fermentation and kept under sunlight before being packed.
